I wanted to share my very first altered Spellbinders assignment. It was probably one of the most fun projects I've done yet. After painting it and adding paper that had been inked, I was able to embellish it with one of my most favorite dies from Spellbinders; the Classic Lace Border Grand. That is the trim that you see around the rim of the top. I think it just pulls the project all together.
Supplies: Spellbinders Wizard Die Cut machine, Spellbinders Paper Arts Dies: S4-167 Victorian,S7-014 Classic Lace Border Grand, S4-198 Flourish Accent,S3-038 Butterflies, S4-123 Flying Beauties, Classic Paper: Designs Crafty Secrets,Radiant Paper Designs: Crafty Secrets, Creative Impression: Bits of Bling
I made it through the big hair cut for Ashley yesterday. Phew! She looks darling. I'll post photos tomorrow.
I have some fun news. The Newport hospital has chosen one of my photographs to use as their advertisement photo and it will have my name on it. I'm pretty excited about that. My hunger to learn more and get more involved in photography is growing at a rapid pace! LOL! This afternoon I have a photo shoot to do of a family, graduate and engagement photos. I'm looking forward to that as well.
Thanks for stopping by! I'll have more Spellbinders goodness to share tomorrow. Have a fantastic day!
