Wow! I can hardly believe that I am writing this post. I feel like every time I get on here I have a huge announcement! However, other than getting married and the birth of my children, this is the biggest news of all! For any blog friends who don't know, I am Canadian and grew up in Canada. Well, the Lord has put it on our hearts to move to the area I am from and just very recently have felt called to go now. It is a huge leap of faith for us but we have such peace about it because we know that it is what we are supposed to be doing right now. In the last week we have seen so many miraculous things fall into place. In all of life's uncertainties, there is is something so amazing about trusting in God who loves you and then watching His plan unfold.
We are moving to Canada!!!!!! I still can hardly believe it! With my husband being American, there is much paper work to sort out. Last week, I went to Canada, got a job, started on the paper work and now I am back packing up my house! We are moving on Saturday and would really appreciate your prayers that the transition would go smoothly. Also, please pray for our Church. I know that God is going to bring them an amazing Pastor who will take this church and community to an amazing new level. Still, the heart ache is nearly unbearable with having to say good-bye. Good thing I know that I know that I know that in a blinking of an eye we will be together again in eternity! My time playing on the worship band with John and Lucy and the rest of the team has been like a lil' slice of heaven and it's so hard for me, so so hard for me to see that come to an end. So far, I am looking at it is more of a pause. *tissue please*. I love what we were reminded of on Sunday. There will be times in this life of having a broken heart but Jesus came for the broken hearted. I know that He will help us all through the times of sadness and I also know that He has exciting things in store for each of us!
In a nut shell, there is a lot going on right now and I am writing this from my iPad! Sorry I don't have anything crafty to share but I will be back at it in the last week. I will say that I've been getting some happy emails from magazines requesting stuff this week so that has been fun! And, last week Paper Crafts Magazine features one of my cards on their blog. You can see it here. It has been published in their new recent issue called Practical Solutions for Paper Crafters.
Thank you so much for sticking with me through this journey and massive amount of posts with announcements. I didn't even see this one coming but the Lord knew and He is control. I give all that I do and all that I am over to Him.

Nina B Designs 1st Blog Hop with GIVEAWAYS!
Welcome to the first ever Nina B Designs Dream Team Blog Hop! We are so thrilled to have you join us on this very special day. My friends and I have some projects to show you that feature the Nina B Designs' Spellbinders™ Paper Arts (Home Sweet Home and Sewing Elements), The Craft's Meow Stamps, and Want2Scrap bling. This is the card that I made to share with you today!
To create this card, I used American Crafts cardstock for the base and then cut/embossed a S5-090 Romantic Rectangle from cream cardstock. I layered Kesi'Arts and October Afternoon pattern paper and sewed them to the rectangle. Before adhere to the card, I wrapped my ribbon around and tied a bow.
Then I stamped NinaB's gorgeous Sew Lovely stamp set from The Crafter's Meow, colored the dress in with Copic markers and cut it out. I stamped the sentiment from the same set and cut a banner to adhere to the card. I added trim, a flower and pearl pin to embellish. Before adding my dress image to the card, I covered the bottom with glue gloss and added Martha Stewart chunky glitter and then adhered a small pearl flourish from Want2Scrap. I also added Want2Scrap pearls around the neck line and bow. Then it was ready for the card! I adhered it with foam squares.
Next I cut several layers of dictionary paper with the Spellbinders S5-089 Home Sweet Home die template (heart.) I sewed the layers together and inked the edges. Using foam squares, I adhered it beside the dress.
Here are links to all the amazing products that are apart of Nina B Designs collection. I'm loving each and everyone of them and I'm so thrilled that I get to create with them!
Now we can't have a hop without giveaways, can we? I added a fun twist to the giveaways. There is a prize hidden in each of the designers' blogs, so, I encourage you to comment on each of them to be entered in all the drawings. Now the rules:

The first announcement was partly made on the Spellbinders blog on Saturday. It is my farewell to Spellblogging post. I will do some guest appearances but the three of us have passed the baton on to some fabulous paper crafters who you will definitely want to check out!
My big announcement is that I have moved on with Spellbinders to a new team called the Creative Team! I'm so happy continuing with this amazing company in a new capacity.
I have a card that I'd like to share here on my blog that I didn't get a chance to yet. It's a shape card that I made for the Spellbinders blog (instructions and supplies listed there.)

This is a big weekend for me! I have much to be thankful for, starting with my first announcement. I am beyond thrilled to finally let the cat out of the bag that I am blessed to be a part of the Nina B. Designs Dream Team!!!
For this card I used Spellbinders S5-088 Sewing Elements (which is one of Nina's designs!) as well as Labels Four. The Crafter's Meow has this adorable set called Sew Lovely that Nina made to fit right inside Labels Four. And, I just happend to have recently got this very cool paper from one of my new fave paper companies called Kesi' Art. Match made in heaven! The rose trim and pearls are from Want2Scrap.
I was so honored when asked to be a part of this team. I've always loved Nina's products. Then, I saw who I would be designing with. *THUD* Yeah...these ladies are such an inspiration to me! So. Excited.

Hey my friends!! This has been such an amazing past few weeks. I'll be able to announce my good news real soon! For now, I thought I'd share this card that I created for Becky Fleck using one of her sketches and her new Spellbinders die template set called Labels and Tags as well as the set that was revealed last month called Office Supplies. Uber Cuteness!!!
I’m super
excited to share a fun new digital/paper crafting kit with you today!
One of my
online scrappy friends, Shanna Vineyard, has combined her love of hand-drawing and
painting mixed with her fondness of bright, happy colors to bring us a kit that
is different than anything you’ve ever seen! In celebration of her relocating
back home to Arizona
next week, she was inspired to create this kit, “Home Is Where the Heart Is”
that includes over 50 different hand-drawn and painted images. They can be used
in your digital projects or can be easily resized and printed to cut out and
use with your traditional scrapbooking and card making creations. The
possibilities are endless and you will have them to use over and over again as
much as you like for as many projects as you wish! So FUN!!!
Here’s
what I made using her kit…..
I have to say, I had a lot of fun putting this card together! There are some super cute images in this kit and it made it very easy to create a card. I'm not really a digi scrapper and you don't have to be.
Visit Shanna’s blog to purchase this kit and see LOTS of
other awesome samples that were created specifically to share with you today!
In celebration of this fun, new release she is also doing a huge giveaway
valued at over $100.00 with lots of fabulous new scrappy goodies and several
ways you can win! So head on over and check it out!
Thanks for stopping by! I am 'So GRATEFUL for you!'

A Couple of Cards and a Cutie!
I really wanted to share a card just for fun that was inspired by pinterest. My second card comes with an announcement! So, JustRite Stampers released this very cool stamp set called Just Keep Calm. Can I tell you how much I seriously love this set! It totally cracks me up! If you've not been on pinterest or if you've never seen those posters that originated in London during the war, then you might not get it. But it's so funny. There are a ton of 'keep calm' spoofs on Pinterest. A ton! They're hilarious! And now I have them in the form of a stamp set...yeah! Love to send a card to someone just to make them chuckle and give them a smile for the day.
Supplies: Bazzill Cardstock, Echo Park Pattern Paper, Gina K Designs stamp; Spellbinders Die Templates; Clearsnap Colorbox Chalk Ink
And this card was so fun to make and very exciting to me because it comes with a big announcement! Page Maps has come out with another die template set for this month. OH! It is one of my very favorites of them all! It is called Labels and Tags. You can see the entire set on the Spellbinders Blog.
See this cutie? Yeah...that's my boy! We have another artist in the family! I'm so proud of him! He an art show last night and he had big poster of art. This piece was inspired by an artist named Greorgia O'Keefe. Her painting was called the Red Rose. She did a lot of close ups of flowers and that's what this one that my son did. So, they were supposed to decorate their poster with something that would go with their art. Look what he made all on his own...totally his idea! Those are Spellbinder Cut Tuck and Fold die templates peeking around the corner (Floral Burst!) Oh....how I seep into the lives of my family. LOL
Thanks so much for stopping by blog and letting me share a little bit of me! You blog friends mean so much to me! I have a few very exciting announcements coming up that I am just giddy about! Biting my tongue for now!
