15 Years Layout

15-years-celebration

It seems that as much as I am now creating cards, I don’t do near as many layouts as I once used to.  So, I’m trying to make sure I keep creating for ‘me’ and using the pictures and documenting the memories that I really want to preserve.

I used an amazing new line from My Mind’s Eye for this layout.  I created it in honor of our 15 year anniversary.  Wow.  Time is flying. I also used Pink Paislee chipboard and American Crafts alphabet stickers.  The paper flower that I created is topped off with a Webster’s Pages Sparkler (love those!)  The Labels Fourteen was the perfect Spellbinders die template to frame my subtitle which was the date of our Anniversary.  I have issues with my handwriting as so many people do but I absolutely loved documenting how I feel about my sweet hubby whom I am so blessed to be married to!  I think it’s important to document those kinds of emotions that can later be reflected on.

I’m so grateful for all you and the encouragement you bring me.  Thank you visiting my blog today.  I hope you were inspired!

Very nice LO, Julie! Happy Anniversary!

I have been trying harder to do pictuers instead of cards. I don't know when my focus changed. I guess when a special occasion comes up, you make the card because there is a deadline. I have found myself making more cards than I used to ever even send out. Sort of like, I have the tools and supplies to do it, so it would be a nice thing to do...
