It's a miracle!

From this........

........to this.......

From a very old two story building with a condemned second story to a beautiful high ceiling sanctuary in just 4 short months!

I am humbled, amazed, stunned, thrilled and in awe over the dedication of so many volunteers to make this happen. Our general contractor, Mike Powell gave up his entire summer to make this project happen. What commitment! I know this is a true miracle where God has used and stretched the resources and budget to be able to reach this desired outcome. Thank you, Lord!

The photo with the rainbow over the church was taken a day or two before our first time in the building as a group. What a perfect reminder of the promise that God is watching out for us and taking care of our needs. Our first Sunday was so very memorable as we experienced the sweet presents of the Lord drawing so many to His place of worship. He is faithful and will continue to meet us all where we are at.

I pray you all have a wonderful and blessed weekend! I'm excited to share some more photos of Max and a fun project tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping by!

These pictures are great, Julie! Especially the last one with the rainbow (it reminded me of God's promises!) We wrote verses on the beams of our church's addition, too. Such a cool idea!
You must be thrilled!!

I was getting all emotional/excited just looking at the tearing-down pics, then I saw the building-up pics, and then I thought, "Hey that's cool, they wrote Bible verses inside the wall." And then I saw the name--Kay Cox. Kay was very much a surrogate grandma to me and my sibs growing up and seeing her name just caused me to burst into tears. I know this new building is blessed by the Lord and amazing things are going to continue to happen there. I am so glad to have been a part of the history of this church family.
